If you see anything suspicious, keep it isolated and treat it with an appropriate pesticide or fungicide like neem oil.

You can propagate Snake Plants through leaf cuttings or by dividing the rhizomes/roots. To propagate a snake plant by division, just divide the roots of the plant into two or more sections and replant each section in a new pot. To propagate a snake plant by leaf cutting, simply cut a leaf from the plant and allow it to callous over for a few days. Then, plant the leaf cutting in a pot of very well-draining soil. We suggest using the root method because we've been more successful with that and the snake plants seem to grow faster than when we've tried the leaf method.
